Designed a slide deck and facilitator guide to assist a facilitated session to Call Centre Agents to understand customer personas at Foxtel, who they are, what they watch and their comfort level with technology.
This training enabled agents to identify customer needs and recommend the best TV package and set top box solution. Engaging visuals and discussions in the session helped bring personas to life.
