I transformed the Job Seeker and Employer Journey into a clear intuitive four step process, making it easier for both staff and customers to navigate.
To enhance engagement I:
- Contextualised and streamlined the journey for clarity and accessibility
- Designed custom illustrations, which were turned into office signage
- Integrated Augmented Reality (AR) by embedding a trigger image into an AR App (HP Reveal)
- Created animated videos that were activated via AR, bringing the journey to life on digital tablets in the reception area, when tablet was held up to the office graphics.
- Developed infographics and a digital flipbook, ensuring a seamless and interactive experience across all touchpoints in the Job Seeker and Employer Journey.
This innovative approach simplified complex information, improved customer engagement and created an immersive, tech driven experience that enhanced the journey for a Jobseeker and an Employer when visiting our offices.
