RUN, LEAD, GROW my store Discovery
Prior to RUN, LEAD, GROW my store, the Store Leader onboarding experience was called LEAP, an eight-week program that combined virtual classroom sessions with in-store experience. Through an in-depth discovery process, I developed a LEAP Blueprint that guided the learning experience journey.
Over the course of a year, the LEAP program evolved through multiple iterations, refining its structure into a five-week program. This included rebranding materials, creating digital content, and developing the RUN my store Leadership and GROW my store digital programs. Additionally a new emerging leader Store Role was created and the programs were introduced to this talent career journey. The transformation was captured in a compelling video/story, marking a key milestone.
This journey ultimately paved the way for fully digitizing the in-store experience for RUN my store, demonstrating the discovery process and how we arrived at the final solution.
