Designed and produced two engaging training videos to equip 7-Eleven store teams with the knowledge and confidence to support customers using the 7-Eleven App for seamless transations.

Say Hello to Pay & Go's introduced employees to the Pay & Go feature, enabling customers to pay for fuel and shop in store without visiting the counter. It included step by step app functionality for customers, backend view of transactions from the store team's perspective, safety considerations for fuel purchases and customer support and troubleshooting guidance.

Shop In-store capability Video built the capability of Store Team Members and Store Leaders to support customers using the in-store shopping feature of the 7-Eleven App. Focus areas included customer engagement techniques and best practices, scenario based learning on greeting, assisting and educating customers and theft prevention strategies through proactive team support.
