Customer Journey Training
Foxtel
Developed an engaging learning experience to help employees understand the customer journey from first contact with Foxtel to disconnection and leaving Foxtel. Created a set of Presentation Slides and Facilitation Guide, along with visually rich slides featuring design, video, illustrations and instructional screen recordings.
The training included a hand-on activity, where participants created their own radio commercial about the customer journey, encouraging reflection and creativity. These were shared via an internal social learning platform to foster peer engagement.
