HELP Jobseeker Onboarding/LMS

Designed and developed the Help Jobseeker Onboarding platform using GO1 LMS, building on the successful staff training LMS at Help Employment and Training. This digital connection tool helps jobseekers upskill and prepare for employment in key industries, including Retail, Hospitality, Aged & Disability Care, IT, Manufacturing, Construction and Logistics.

• Curated and created content to deliver engaging relevant and job ready learning
• Designed structured learning pathways to guide jobseekers through tailored development journeys
• Build a new portal in under the Help Training Institute brand to support workforce preparation
• Developed two accredited courses as part of the program that would pay for the enrolment and curated content on GO1.

The platform enhanced jobseeker engagement by offering flexible, self-paced learning while providing industry-relevant training to improve employment outcomes. By leveraging GO1's vast course library alongside custom content, the platform bridged skill gaps and boosted job readiness in an accessible way.
